Dairy Goat Co-operative has built a $67 million second powder dryer in March 2015 as overseas and local consumer demand for goat milk formula surges. The new drier and plant will have four times the capacity of the company’s existing plant, built in 2003 and will support the growth of it’s markets. The new plant was been built on Dairy Goat cooperative’s 18 hectare site in Hamilton. The company exports infant and toddler goat milk formula to Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
