AVS custom build Air Handling Units (air handlers) to the highest industry standard which include international non hygiene, hygiene and critical hygiene standards. These units move air in a range from 3 m3 per second up to 40 m3 per second and all AVS air handlers are custom built in our Mt Wellington factory and shipped complete to site for installation.
We have shipped completed units around New Zealand as well as internationally to Australia and the United States. Our air handlers are quality checked under our ISO9001 systems and monitored continuous on their journey to site. We arrange all freight and custom/border requirements and AVS are always on site to oversee installation and commissioning.
AVS are constantly looking around the world at new trends in technology and innovation within our industry. In our quest to provide our customers with the best solution we always try to use the highest quality equipment available and match this to the project budget. Most of our Air Handlers use quality European components and we favour electric motors such as the WEG W22 which currently rates as one of the most advanced electric motors available.
As our Air Handlers are custom built for purpose we can incorporate many different types of components in them depending on the specific end use. Examples of components that our air handlers incorporate can be one or several of the following:
Air Handling Units custom built to the highest industry standards.
Industrial extraction & exhaust systems fully customisable to your requirements.
Custom-built large industrial air handling systems, assembled on-site.
Environmental leading technology that controls or eliminates odours from the production process.
Smart solutions to recycle waste heat from the production process that can have significant economic or environmental benefits.
AVS is proud to be actively involved in the community by directly supporting youth cricket in Auckland. We also invest in native forest conservation through our close partnership with the QE2 Trust by re-establishing native forest and fauna on a large conservation estate north of Auckland.
